Our Plymouth Cold Storage warehouse is a temperature-controlled warehouse with three temperature zones giving customers more options in the aging of their cheese. Floor space is available in all rooms. Pallet racking is available in the Warm and Bulk Standard rooms.
Warm Room Cheese Storage
Our Warm Room stores your product at 48-52℉. This is an ideal temperature for quickly aging cheese.
Bulk Standard Room Cheese Storage
Our Bulk Standard Room keeps product nice and chilled between 34-36℉ to slow the aging process down.
Cold Room Cheese Storage
As the name implies, our Cold Room chills your product between 30-33℉. The chilly temperature keeps your cheese from aging.
Cheese Testing
At Plymouth Cold Storage, we know you will want to monitor how your cheese is aging while it is being stored. We work onsite with your cheese graders to accomplish their testing.
